Before you order
Review the exact SKU, model, end user, region, account and term carefully. Ask for corrections before accepting a quote. Send cancellation or refund requests to sales@fortinetrenewalhub.com with your name, order reference, date and the products affected.
Consumer purchases
If you buy mainly outside your trade or profession, consumer rights may apply. Distance purchases generally have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to the product and statutory exceptions. Goods generally run from receipt; services and digital content generally run from contract conclusion. Your order information must confirm the applicable right and how to exercise it.
Digital content supplied early
Where a licence is legally digital content supplied without a physical medium, loss of the cancellation right after supply begins requires your prior express consent to early supply and acknowledgement that you lose that right, together with the required contract confirmation. Merely paying, receiving an email or reading these terms is not treated as that consent. This preview collects no such consent and supplies no licences.
Services and renewals
Some renewals are service contracts rather than digital downloads. Starting a service during a cancellation period requires the relevant express request. Where lawful, a proportionate amount may be payable for service supplied before cancellation. Rights are lost on full performance only when the applicable legal conditions are met. We will explain the classification and cancellation position before you commit.
Business purchases
Business orders do not generally have the consumer 14-day change-of-mind right. Changes and cancellations are assessed against the accepted quotation and supplier processing status. Where a licence is issued, registered or applied to a device, a change may depend on manufacturer approval. We will explain any proposed charge or restriction; this does not excuse incorrect or defective supply.
Incorrect, faulty or unusable supply
A licence supplied for the wrong SKU, not matching the description or failing because of a supply fault is not automatically non-refundable. We investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include correction, replacement, price reduction or refund. Manufacturer restrictions do not override statutory rights. Please retain evidence of activation errors.
Hardware returns
Contact us for return authorisation and the correct address before sending an appliance. For eligible consumer cancellations, return goods within the applicable statutory period; the pre-contract information will state who pays return postage. We may make a lawful deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Faulty-goods return costs are handled in accordance with your rights.
Refund handling
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without an additional refund fee. Statutory deadlines apply: eligible consumer cancellation refunds are generally due within 14 days of cancellation, with lawful withholding for returned goods until receipt or evidence of return where applicable. Other refund timing is confirmed when the remedy is agreed.
