Current website and placing an order
This website provides a catalogue, contact and renewal enquiry forms, and tracking for manually recorded orders. It does not currently collect online payments. A saved quote list or downloaded request does not form a contract. Send your request by email to begin manual checks.
Quotes and contract formation
We check the exact SKU, end user, device identity, region, service level and term before issuing a written quote. Your quote sets out the products, quantity, price, VAT, any delivery charges, validity period, payment instructions and expected delivery timeframe. An order becomes binding when we expressly accept it in writing. An acknowledgement of your request is not acceptance. These terms and the agreed quotation apply; mandatory statutory rights take priority.
Pricing and payment
Catalogue prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where stated. Quote-only products have no published selling price. Before you commit, the written quote will show the total including applicable tax and charges. If a pricing error is identified, we will explain it and obtain your agreement to a corrected quote or refund any payment for an order we cannot accept. Payment methods and due dates are specified in your quote. Never send card details by email.
Licences, renewals and eligibility
A licence grants the manufacturer-defined right to use the relevant product or service; it does not transfer ownership of software. Manufacturer licence terms, account requirements and territorial restrictions apply and must be identified before order. You must provide accurate model, serial number, account email, end-user and entitlement details. We check these before fulfilment. Renewal dates may follow existing entitlement rather than payment or email delivery. Backdating, co-termination, reinstatement or lapsed-cover charges must be explained and agreed in the quote.
Delivery and activation
Every licence order is checked manually. The expected delivery timeframe is confirmed in the quote; delivery is not instant. Depending on the SKU, fulfilment may be an activation code, registration document or service entitlement applied to a manufacturer account or device. Delivery confirmation and activation are distinct steps. See our delivery and activation policy.
Changes, cancellation and faulty supply
Contact us promptly before processing if you need a change. Issued or registered licences may be difficult to amend, but we do not apply a blanket no-refunds rule. Consumer cancellation rights, digital-content rules, service rules and remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied products apply as relevant. See cancellations and refunds for the distinction between consumer and business purchases.
Responsibilities and liability
We are responsible for supplying what we agreed and for exercising reasonable care and skill. You are responsible for supplying accurate device and account details and following the supplied activation instructions. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected. Any additional negotiated business liability terms must be expressly agreed in writing; none are implied by this page.
Disputes and changes
Contact sales@fortinetrenewalhub.com with your order reference and the issue. We will investigate and explain the available remedy. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or their right to use courts available to them where they live. Changes apply to future orders; existing accepted orders retain their agreed terms.
